With the progress of multimedia technology and popularity of internet, the internet-based distance education on architecture has been developed very quickly. Therefore, it is planed to publish the video materials about the Japanese Architectures, and about 60 videos have been accomplished since 1980.
Supported by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, 14 videos of about 140 minutes were selected to be translated into English, Chinese and Korean in 2005. And the multi-language versions for DVDs are also made.
